We o[er short-term guidance for immediate shelter and actively help you search for permanent rental housing, assisting with searches, applications, and information sessions. We provide connections and advice but do not directly lease homes

A CMFI-NL team member will meet you with a visible ID and sign, help with luggage, transport you to your next address, and provide a welcome/orientation during the ride. You’ll receive an info kit and contacts for your first services (healthcare, banks, schools, and more).

We receive referrals through our website, partner organizations, employers, or direct newcomer contact by phone/email. After you reach out, our intake team will ask for your arrival details (flight, date, preferred language, number in family, accommodation needs, etc.) and confirm all details at least twice before arrival. We assign a project coordinator and follow up regularly after you’ve arrived.
